Richard Jeroma ("Provider", "I", "me") offers professional YouTube thumbnail design services. By placing an order, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services include the creation of custom YouTube thumbnails according to the specifications discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement of work.
The following packages are available:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on current workload. Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Payment is required in full before work begins. Accepted payment methods will be communicated upon order confirmation.
All prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes. Clients are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
Revisions are changes to the approved concept direction. The number of revisions included depends on your selected package.
A revision includes minor adjustments such as:
Major changes to the concept direction or complete redesigns are not considered revisions and may incur additional charges.
Before Work Begins:
If you cancel your order before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund.
After Work Has Begun:
Once work has commenced (i.e., concepts are being developed), refunds are generally not available as creative services are time-intensive and personalized.
After Delivery:
Once final files have been delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued. The service is considered complete upon delivery of the final files.
Exceptions:
If I am unable to deliver the agreed-upon work within a reasonable timeframe (more than 7 days past the estimated delivery date without communication), you may request a full or partial refund.
You may cancel your order at any time by contacting me via email. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the stage of work as outlined in Section 6.
For digital services, you acknowledge that by requesting work to begin immediately, you waive your right to withdraw from the contract once the service has been fully performed (in accordance with EU consumer rights for digital services).
Upon full payment and delivery of final files, you receive full usage rights for the delivered thumbnail(s) for your YouTube channel and related marketing purposes.
I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio, on social media, and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the designs.
You agree to:
Delays caused by lack of client communication or materials may extend delivery timelines.
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services or the delivered thumbnails.
While I strive to create high-quality, engaging thumbnails, I cannot guarantee specific results such as view counts, click-through rates, or revenue increases, as these depend on many factors beyond the thumbnail design.
I will treat all project information and materials as confidential and will not share them with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to complete the work or as required by law.
I reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Existing orders will be fulfilled under the terms in effect at the time of order.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus.
